In addition to being an ISSA Elite Trainer I am an IFBB Figure Pro. I have over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. Fitness is my passion and my lifestyle.

I hold a BA in Psychology which gives me a deeper understanding of the mental aspect of heath and nutrition. With over 10 years experience working in health care as a Registered Dental Hygienist I have had the pleasure of working with all types of clients, helping them to improve their oral and overall health.
